                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
                   INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH THE SODDY
                   DAISY POLICE DEPARTMENT AUTHORIZING
                   REIMBURSEMENT OF SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT (75%),
                   SAID REIMBURSEMENT NOT TO EXCEED ONE
                   THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($1,670.00), OF OVERTIME
                   EXPENDITURES RELEVANT TO THE 1992-93 "COUNTY
                   WIDE SPEED REDUCTION PROGRAM" GRANT.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to enter into a contractual agreement with the Soddy Daisy Police 

       Department authorizing reimbursement of seventy-five percent
       (75%), said reimbursement not to exceed $1,670.00, of overtime
       expenditures relevant to the 1992-93 "County Wide Speed Reduction 

       Program" grant.
